This Refund Policy applies to Devlinq Labs digital-only products, including one-time paid unlocks. We aim to keep refunds fair and straightforward.

Digital-Only Products

Devlinq Labs does not sell physical goods and does not provide shipping services.

All purchases relate to digital product access, feature unlocks, or premium usage rights.

When Refunds May Be Approved

Refund requests are reviewed when a technical issue prevents reasonable product use and support cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

Duplicate charges and unintended multiple purchases may be eligible for refund after verification.

When Refunds May Be Declined

Refunds may be declined for completed and fully delivered digital access where no service failure is found.

Refunds may also be declined for abuse, repeated misuse, or policy circumvention attempts.

Request Window and Process

Include transaction details, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue.
